I am a 26-year old American expat housewife living in Australia. I’m also a woman of an opinion. I’ll be writing about life in Australia, living abroad, and telling you what I think about pretty much anything that I feel like talking about.

As one housewife to another, thank you for following my blog. I read your post about self check outs and can definitely relate. Improper bagging is a huge pet peeve of mine. That recipe for blueberry breakfast look yummy.
Thank you! Really enjoying your blog so far, especially your political observations. 🙂
Doesn’t it feel good to say what you please. Having recently retired, it is the first time in many years that I have felt the freedom to say what I please. I always needed my paycheck. No more.

Love the blog. I moved to Sydney from the states with my husband last August and just got around to starting my own blog http://livefreeandbake.blogspot.com/ The transition was a bit tougher than I thought it would be! I like all the comparisons you make between here and the states 🙂
Tag, you’re it! I’ve tagged you at http://tennizzlle.com/2012/06/05/tag-youre-it/.
Thank you! 😀
A woman of opinion…well, that’s all I need to know, I like you already.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and reading about my travels in Australia. I like what I see here and will be reading more of your posts. I am all about women expressing opinions!
Thanks for stopping by Shelley! I really enjoyed reading about your Australian adventures. It’s always fun to see what other people think of Australia and also see all the different places that I haven’t been to yet.

Hello-
I am the editor for EasyExpat/BlogExpat & I wanted to reach out to you and see if you were interested in doing an expat interview. Take a look at the series (http://interviews.blogexpat.com/blog/) & let me know if you are interested. Thanks!
I just found your blog! It’s great – totally spot on. I moved from Vancouver to Perth about a year and some ago. It’s affirming to find similarities in the experiences of others coming over here from North America. 😉
